Which account should I use?
Sign in with the account provided for your beta test or your existing OrbixLinx account. Ask your beta coordinator if you need an invitation or organization access.
Why is a feature unavailable?
Some pages are still being developed. Other features depend on your role or organization. A coming-soon page does not mean that an action has been completed.
Why am I asked for another verification code?
Sensitive actions may require two-step verification. Use the current six-digit code from your authenticator, then return to the action.
How do I report a problem?
Use the support tools in your workspace when available, or contact your beta coordinator. Include the page, device, steps, and what you expected. Do not include passwords, verification codes, or card details.
